‘Itadakimasu’ is a traditional Japanese phrase said before beginning a meal. When animé or manga are translated in to English, it is usually translated as ‘Time to eat!’
This shot is actually through the window from a point of view outside the ship though you can’t really make this out.
‘Music hall tour’ is an allusion to the novel Enterprise: The First Adventure by Vonda N. McIntyre (published in 1986).
